I e ordered from PlainJane many times and they have always been great, but Sadly with the holidays, COVID and usps issues j had an order I still hadn’t received far after the estimated arrival date . I messaged them with brief message about the problem and the order and tracking number and without any other questions they got another order ready for me and are going to have it shipped . I ordered a 3.5 glass jar of golden cherry becuase of the hype and positive reviews. Even the product description says it's one of the best hemp flowers from planejane. However, the jar I recieved was missing the white lid that's usually under the top lid to seal it and the flower was bone dry amd crunchy. Hardly no smell or flavor at all. I'm disappointed because even the cheap small oz batches I've recieved in the past have always been pretty fresh and soft..

Horrible quality , super dry crumbly flower, little to no smell to it , barley and tricomes worst flower I have ever purchased. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again

Overall wasnt horrible but the quality was not the greatest this time around. Buds were very dry and consisted of quite a bit of old brown buds some even so dark they looked black in spots. Smell wasnt very pleasant the effects were there but not noticeable enough
